“ This was our second time back after a very long stretch. We weren’t super impressed when it first opened & never went back. I knew they had fish fry’s so it was a Friday & we thought what the heck. Let’s give them another chance. An older gentleman who was tending bar seated us & asked us what we wanted to drink. I ordered a margarita & my husband ordered a Michelada! I asked for my margarita to be blended but it wasn’t. I think a language barrier! The older man was so sweet & nice. Unfortunately the waitstaff didn’t come for our order until I asked someone if we were going to be waited on. I got the fish fry & my husband ordered some other dish with no meat. I was extremely happy with the fish fry & fries & coleslaw & my husband enjoyed his food. Chips & salsa were good & we had a refill too! Be careful about the size of the margarita as the large is like a XL! Long story short, give them another try! ”

“ This was our 4th time back here in just a couple of months. The food is so good! The fajitas are my absolute favorite, I’ve posted before about them. My family loves their enchiladas, both red and green. Table salsa is delicious. House margarita was amazing, but I said yes to the big one and was very shocked. It was HUGE! ”

“ I give it 5 stars for what it is, a local bar/restaurant, family type dining, good value, pleasant, clean. This is not fine dining or somewhere that I would go to impress someone. It is low on the elegance scale and the amenities are above Culver’s but just nice and comfortable. Definitely where you want to go for really good, fresh, Mexican styled food. Good drinks. Good atmosphere ti have fun with close friends snd family. Food is not very spicy. Attire is completely casual. We have gone back multiple times, mainly for good food, proximity and value. ¡Disfrutar! ”

“ Food was crazy fast. Upon seating, our server took our drink order and then came back a few minutes later for our food order. After he took our order he asked us if we wanted chips and salsa…. Isn’t that one of the main things most people look forward to when dining at a Mexican restaurant, chips and salsa? I was confused and thrown off-guard by this question so I replied no. All I could see was $$ Dollar signs flashing in my mind and I was nervous by how much they were going to charge for the chips and salsa, which honestly would have been fine if there was a charge it was just weird that he asked us after the fact if we wanted chips and salsa and it wasn’t clear how much they were going to be. Most people don’t have a problem paying a small amount for chips and salsa as long as the server is upfront with this information. Food was very fast, hot, and had excellent flavor. The server tried to clear my plate when I was barely halfway done but honestly it might be his first job he just needs to not be so antsy when trying to clear people’s food so fast… Whoa.. so we just got our food two minutes ago, and it came in less than 2 minutes, we have not even been here for 10 minutes and now you’re trying to take my plate away… bro slow your roll! No complaints at all in the long-run… I am just passing this information on to help everyone there to learn from all of these fun little quirks. I see this restaurant being very successful keep up the yummy food! ”

“ Love this family owned place. Food ingredients are fresh. I like some heat....and they have a home made hot suace I had with my shrimp dinner and it was excellent. Of course ....if you don't want that heat like my wife does not, you just tell them and everyone is happy! Support your local!!! ”
